Coakley is the Loser in the Massachusetts Senate Race

The liberals are already pointing fingers and laying blame.  Good for them.

Scott Brown has won a tremendous race, beating unbelievable odds, to become the 41st vote against Obama’s monstrosity, the so called “Health Care Bill”.  He must now live up to those campaign promises.

As for the Republicans, they have a lot to learn from Scott Brown, how he waged his campaign, what he said, and what he stands for.  And in order for this sea change to become legitimate and to continue on to the 2010 elections, the Republicans must listen to us, the conservative voice.

And for our part, the conservatives, we must not stop fighting.  We must not let the Republican Party ignore us.  The idea of a third party would be disastrous for conservatives, and only aid in liberal victories this November.  No, we must retake the Republican Party, Lincoln’s party, Reagan’s party, and return to our conservative roots.  We must stress a small federal government, individual liberty, individual responsibility, lower taxes, a stop to the ridiculous spending, and provide safe, secure borders for our citizens.

Tonight, we should be ecstatic over Brown’s win.  But tomorrow, we must wake ready to keep working for what we know is right.

I am so happy that the American people of Massachusetts have been heard. I think this is the beginning of the end of the fat cat, holier than thou, entitled, liberal attitudes many of our elected officials develop while in office. It was just this sense of entitlement that lost the liberals this seat – “Kennedy’s seat.” People are now waking up to see the damage being done to our great nation.

  • Animal mistreatment has constantly got to me. It looks like it is getting worse, at least where I live. But there are nonetheless generous individuals out there who feel like I do that we must take care of them. I hope the judicial system will catch up with our means of believing about this. It is still treated as a comparatively petty criminal offense. That’s wrong.

  • I bumped into another {great|good} post today….

I saw this really good post today….

  • The GOP which pretends to be a “big tent” party despite ostensibly contradictory evidence is attempting to co-opt the tea party for its own political advantage. You observe Michael Steele’s remark that (paraphrase) “we have got to work in concert to kill Obama’s agenda.” Where are the proactive instructions? How do you bring down the deficit by pruning taxes? How do you fix the health care issue? While I am very irate at dems in congress and, to a certain extent Obama and his advisors, for not being more aggressive in getting the facts out, I also think that while the repubs have won momentum by broad opposition the tide is about to turn. You have to advance ideas supported by confirmable data that are good for the country

I believe you have a point. The Republicans have a lot of work to do. But if they take their cues from Gov. Chris Christie, whose approach to fixing New Jersey’s deficit and out of control spending is dead on, the Repubs will gain the support of conservatives, moderates, independents and members of the tea party. When you spend to fix an economic recession, you end up needing to raise taxes, which increases unemployment. But when you cut taxes, and cut spending, and give small businesses some breaks, then employment will rise, and the government will shrink and need less taxes to begin with.
