Now there’s evidence that the CRU at University of East Anglia was not alone in their efforts to manipulate the data and control the outcome of the “research” on global warming. James Delingpole describes in his article how the UK has cherry-picked the Russian data to ensure they got the desired results, instead of the following the data to wherever it leads:

Clearly, ClimateGate is growing. And with its taint on the science, it becomes increasingly obvious that this is not about the temperatures of the earth, but about redistributing the wealth and the death of Capitalism.
And they’re not even hiding this fact. Hugo Chavez received a rousing standing ovation when he addressed the Copenhagen Climate talks. He channeled Karl Marx when he said that the “silent and terrible ghost” of capitalism is lurking in Copenhagen.
